My s/o and I booked this trip to get to the Keys and snorkel. We were very upset to find out that we would be on a bus for 3.5 hours one way due to stopping at 42 hotels. This is not at all what we were told online in the explanation of the trip. We also had NO CLUE where we were even going in the keys or how long we would be there. Very unorganized. We hopped of the bus after realizing these details in order to not waste a day of our vacation on a bus... also, the tour lady was extremely unfriendly and rude towards us.

Hi Celine, We appreciate your feedback. However, you never even went on the trip with us and this review is providing misinformation. We never have and never will pick up from 42 hotels in a single morning. The max hotels that we pick up from nowadays is 15. The 3.5 hour ride to Key West is with only one stop on the way to Key West where we do a 30 minute rest stop at a Mcdonalds. We have been doing this for 15 years so by this point we believe we are quite organized. Pick ups are from 6:30AM to 7:30AM (depending on your pick up location) and from there we make our way straight to Key West. We will talk to the tour guide of that day to make sure she is friendly and understanding at all times.

The ride was smooth and informative. We made one stop going. We participated in the optional day city,hop on,hop off tour,which I highly recommend. We walked and saw the sights and when we got tired, we would wait for a trolley. It was too cold,for us, to participate in water activities, although there were others on the beach. Go and enjoy Key West either for a day or three!
