The tour bus trip was fine, the tour host David is a nice guy very helpful and informative. The trip is long and we were planning a beach day in Key West but unfortunately due to the putrid smell of rotting seaweed in the area we did not spend a day at the beach! We instead rode on the trolley hop on hop off tour. That was pleasant, but it was very hot and humid and I wish someone would have told us that the beach would smell horrible, we would have just stayed at Miami Beach. There are some fun areas with restaurants and shops so you can stop and at least enjoy seeing things. We did take advantage of getting a picture at the most southernmost point. Although the line of people went very slow and it was hot!!! Some people skipped the line and just took selfies far in front of other people because they didn’t want to wait. I think this caused the line to move much slower. All in all it was an interesting very humid day in Key West. If we would’ve known about the beach seaweed smell ahead of time we would’ve never gone to Key West during this time!!! I felt like for our family it was a waste of a day. There was no way to leave and come back early since we rode 3 1/2 hours there on the bus and had to wait for our departure time at 5:30pm. Aw well lesson learned.

Hello, I am glad that you felt so well with our staff and during the trip, that is our service, unfortunately sometimes there is algae on any beach in the Caribbean, Mexico, Punta Cana, on beaches in the Gulf of Mexico, Miami, that cannot be predicted and unfortunately, it is not within our reach to solve it. In any case, there are many things to do on the island, not just the beaches. Unfortunately, you rate us with 2 stars but really, it is due to a problem totally unrelated to our service and our company.

From the beginning this trip was not what was expected. We were picked up at 6:30 and didn’t arrive to key west until 11:45. Thats 5 hours of just dead time. Then we arrived and took this long hot and very confusing walk. The tour guide just kept telling us to follow him with uncertainty of where exactly we were going. Since our snorkeling trip didn’t start until 1245, we lost an hour to go explore. Once we got on the boat it took an hour (more wasted time) to get to this spot in the Gulf of Mexico which was the worst spot that they could’ve picked. The water was rough and unclear. You couldn’t see anything in the water at all. While everyone was out in the ocean, another boat of the same company nearly ran us over in the water so we were rushed back to the boat. Then our parasailing trip was cancelled but the tour guide didn’t tell us. We didn’t find out until it was time to leave and the ticket booth told us that they told our tour guide the trip had been cancelled. Overall, don’t waste your money and time. We pretty much wasted an entire day. Stay in Miami and make the most of your time there.

I loved the snorkeling trip. The staff was friendly and explained everything briefly. The boat ride was pleasant. Drinks were on point. I just wish we would’ve had more time to snorkel. An hour is definitely not enough for the amazing sea life that you can see there. Would def recommended :)
