The Travel to Key West trip was ok. They charged us extra $40 for sitting in front. Their hand-made sign said “Best seat available for $20/seat.” The tour guide demanded that we pay $40 (2 seats) in cash, but we paid it with credit card because it was very shady and we wanted to have a record of payment. The sign was taken right away when we paid. Overall, the ride was hot but mostly comfortable. They provided us with good music. No water was provided unless you pay the front seating charge. We got a bottle of water each, but were told not to mention it because other customers might get offended.

Hello, thank you for your comment. The seats are not pre-selected because they are not numbered, meaning they are first come, first served. The only seats that can be chosen or reserved are the front seats by paying $20/person. If there were two in your group, the price to pay is $40. The sign was later removed because once it was sold or reserved, it made no sense for the sign to be there. When you go on a plane, you pay extra for different locations, not just for going first class, and low-cost airlines do not even give you water without being paid. In our case, the cost of the tour is $49/person (Miami—Key West—Miami) for 15 hours of duration and 350 miles of traveling on a bus with a bathroom and Wifi, but it only includes transportation as specified online. In any case, no one is obliged to pay extra to sit in the front seat; you can travel to any other location without any extra cost. I am sorry that this detail has hidden what you said about a pleasant and comfortable trip, giving us only 2 stars for something that is perfectly explained and clarified, and that only depends on your decision. Thanks, for your feedback!

Long ride but well worth the price. We did the trolley which takes you around the whole island. Lots to see. Our host was simply amazing and helpful. Some of the outlets on the bus didn't work but they made sure to give us charging blocks. Would definitely do this again. Plan for an all day trip.

Unforgettable Adventure in Key West! I recently had the pleasure of taking an excursion to Key West, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and variety of activities offered.
