We booked the tickets with this company because of good on-line reviews. It certainly didn’t disappoint. Driver Julio and tour guide Luis did a fantastic job! The pick up and departure are both on time. Their professionalism and work ethics are highly appreciated! We had a great time at Key West. The lobster pizza recommended by Luis is superb.

I did not go on this trip as the bus left. My husband and I waited at the (assumed) designated area. The email and text indicated Downtown which was not clear that Downtown is in fact MARRIOTT hotel. I am from New York and I have never heard of the Marriott hotel being referred to as Downtown. Additionally we were in contact with the driver and the office and during the time that we spoke to your rep and her calling the driver we stood at the same corner. During that time we stood on the corner (the wrong end of 2nd street). The rep advised she would call the driver and call back. We were advised the driver left. I inquired if there is another stop that we can get to, needless to say during that time of speaking to the driver and rep we could have gone to the other stop to meet the driver. I DID not receive a refund which I believe is unfair. Yes, the address was listed on the designated area however when I made the reservation, it indicated that there is a pickup at most hotels. I would not have thought we would have had to get transportation to get to the designated area. My suggestion is prior to accepting the reservation and taking the $$ that it’s advised that additional travel would be needed to meet the bus at 6am in the morning. I am still requesting a refund of my payment
