Double decker bus picked up on time. We enjoyed great views from seats on the top level. Tour guide Emilio and driver Julio were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. This tour was by far the most economical way of traveling to Key West. While on board, we appreciated the advice of touring opportunities in Key West. We purchased a hop on/hop off trolley pass which was a life saver! We were able to see all of Key West without passing out from heat exhaustion. The Waterfront Brewery is a must!!! Great food, beer and vibe.

Our tour guide was friendly; personable; caring. The bus picked us up right on time. We were the first pick up. It took at least an hour just to pick up the rest of the group. Some people missed their pickup so we had to wait for a supervisor to bring them to the last pickup spot. Not the company fault but... They booked too many pick up stops for this trip. We arrived in Key West late; for the snorkel activity we practically had to run to the marina which was about a mile from bus drop off. We got there just as they were ready to board. After the activity we had about 2 hours to get back to the bus; that part was ok. We left for Miami about 6:10 pm. We ran into several construction slow downs including a closed exit to downtown for passenger drop-off. This caused a huge delay. Since we were first on we were last off and were not back to our hotel until 11 pm...5 hours. The bus isn't "that" comfortable for a 5 hour ride. The bathroom on the bus was stuffed full of toilet paper and wouldn't flush so we were 5 hours on a bus and couldn't use the bathroom. Again the staff of friendly but they book too many stops to make reasonable time to and from Miami.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to give us your opinion. First of all, I am glad that the driver and the guide have been friendly, personable and caring. The problem is that we are in the middle of Spring Brake, there is too much tourism, accesses have been cut off and traffic is much more congested for that reason. As for the bathroom, only you should have told the guide that someone left it dirty so that he could clean it and put it in order. Unfortunately, not all people are careful and have the respect to leave it in good condition when they use it. Once again, thank you for your opinion.

Ride going was perfect because their was a break at McDonald’s. But on arrival, the bus assistance while selling tickets to the customers, lied that purchasing tickets through the company is cheaper and that was not true. I paid thirty-five dollars to the company based Key West. My cousins whom was traveling with me, paid forty-five dollars through the bus company. On the trip home, we did not stop for restroom break.
