Wonderful experience only thing I could complain is that they took a while to find our reservation when we got to the snorkeling dock.

Hello, what a joy to know that you liked the tour, and I am sorry that it took a while to find the Snorkeling reservation, but I want to explain to you that the provider of this activity is a local company from Key West, we take care of making the reservation, to explain everything to the passengers, to take them to the place, but we can do nothing in terms of logistics and execution. They are generally well organized, but mistakes can happen. Thank you very much for taking your valuable time and sharing your experience with us.

Need to call or email after booking to confirm pick up time . On the day of our trip. Our bus delayed for an hour due to bus broken on the way of pick up and they changed bus. We were told to wait couple minutes in front of hotel but we ended up waited for a whole hour. Although the bus driver tried the best to get us there on time,but we were so rushed and only gets little time for breakfast stop. They required minimum tips of 5 dollars for each person (we understand that and appreciated the driver hard work)but beware that was not included in the cost. The tutor was not aware of the trip purchased through here and have to call back to confirm we paid online. We booked trip with hoop on/off trolley service but some people booked trip with snorkeling or glass boats and there activities got canceled because of the annual boat race in key west and no water activities allowed, and they were offering them for partial refund. They should have notice the other first before they sold the ticket. Besides all that we had a great time in key west and it worth for visit.

When you make the reservation, you have the possibility to choose your hotel and if it is not on the list, write yours, then we will look for the best pick-up option for you, the closest one. We pick up at many hotels in Miami Beach, several in Miami Downtown, and in the airport area, we have the Regency Hotel, which is the last one at 7:30 AM. As for the bus, it is true that it had a problem during the pick-up of passengers in the early morning, and it can happen, the good thing is that it could be solved quite quickly by putting another bus immediately, and since it left a little later from Miami, Also the departure from Key West was also later, since the 6 hours free on the island, are ALWAYS respected. As for the suspended water activities, it is not something for which our company has responsibility since the BOAT SHOW was taking place in Key West and the company providing the activities could not navigate and use the port during the tour hours. Passengers were previously notified via telephone or by email, but the system does not allow the partial refund to be made until the day the service is provided. Last but not least, in his opinion, you had a "great time" in Key West and it is worth visiting. Thank you very much to take your valuable time to share your opinion to keep improving our service.

We paid for a full day on the trolley but it stopped running early for a festival. We were only able to use for about an hour. Nothing was disclosed when I booked.

Hi Sonya, We understand why you are upset. However, we are not the Trolley company. We are the tour operator from Miami to Key West. We were able to speak with them to give you a partial refund of $25 per person. We did everything we can to get the full one, but they wouldn't budge. The company that did the Trolley tour is called Old Town Trolley if you want to leave the review. Thanks
