They cancelled our snorkeling portion because they were late so we weren’t able to do anything else due to it being the day of and everything else was booked. Poor time management. Instead of dropping back off at hotel where we were picked up from we were dropped off blocks away to walk the rest of the way.

Hello, the day you traveled, the snorkeling provider company canceled the activity because the boat broke down, it was not because we were late, you are confused. I understand that you may be disappointed, but it is not our responsibility. We provide the transportation by bus Miami-Key West- Miami. The drop-off was just one block from your hotel, and it was because of the traffic, sometimes the bus has to take an alternative route. I hope my answer has cleared up your confusion. Thanks!

I am very appreciative of the road trip. However, it is COVID. So I did not understand why they filled every seat on the bus. It was crowded. Not everyone wore a mask, some of the people kept coughing and someone even threw up in the seat next to us and it smelled. It was a bad experience going and coming. However, I did enjoy being in KeyWest.

Hello, I am sorry that you did not feel comfortable during the trip. The bus travels at 80% of its capacity because restrictions have been reduced in all closed places such as a restaurant, bus, plane, etc., even the use of masks has been relaxed, with which we do not agree and We ask passengers to wear a mask, we send it by text message, there are several posters on the bus, however, there are many transgressors who ignore it and it is unfortunate. The issue that a passenger vomited is an unfortunate but fortuitous event, it is a coincidence it is rare that it happens and just the day you traveled, someone broke down that day.
