We had an amazing day out on the river with our two younger kids for the Middle Yough Tour. We ended up being the only group scheduled for our time, so we lucked out and had our guide in the raft with us. Chase was our guide and he was the absolute best!! Chase was an expert at getting around the rocks and made sure to point out all the notable scenery in the area. We had a great lunch packed for us of wraps, apples, and cookies. Chase made sure we all had a great day out on the river. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly adventure!!

Our family group of six was divided up into two groups between the guides Smiles and Tom for the Upper Yough Tour. Both guides were extremely knowledgeable about the river and made us feel safe throughout the trip. We had so much fun riding the river with them. Both were eager to add more excitement to the already crazy class 4 and 5 rapids and were in general just awesome guys. We would highly recommend this company as well as these particular guides for a white water rafting trip. You can tell they just love their jobs and want their fellow rafters to have a good time. Thank you so much again to White Water Adventures as well as Smiles and Tom! Can't say enough positive things about our trip and hope to do it again sometime soon!

It was a wonderful day. We had an amazing guide who made sure everyone was having a good experience. The best part was when scheduling, the person who answered the phone noted that the water level was low and that inflatable kayaks may offer a better experience (even as they were an added cost). With 2 first timers, the kayaks made a difficult trip a lot more enjoyable (and bearable). The trip was longer because of the lower water level. This was explained at the start, but the trip ended up longer than expected. Patience is a virtue on a guided tour as the guide keeps the group together and you work with the skill level of the entire group.
