We did the 4X4 jeep tour in the morning, great temperature then. The maximum capacity per jeep is 4 people, perfect! Our Guide was John, nice and relaxed person, knows a lot about the area but I suppose all guides at Navtec do their job perfectly. The tour itself starts at the bank of the Colorado River, and slowly ascends until you reach the park where everyone arrives by car. It's a very nice road with the 4X4 I would never do it with my own car. Leave it to Navtec.
There are regular stops for explanations and beautiful views that you can only see from here. Later in the day we drove through the park entrance and we recognized the route below this morning, then you realize that you are missing a lot by only staying up there. The 4X4 trip is highly recommended. In the afternoon we had a nice lunch at the starting point of the raft which is in another area, just behind Arches. homemade Wraps, they tasted. By the way, they provide the entire tours for free water nice! We had guide Travis, a nice guide knows a lot about the area and history in a funny way. The raft trip itself is very peaceful, a few small rapids but nothing to worry about. Apparently the water level was a bit low for more action. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing trip on the Colorado River.
Very suitable for families!
Navtec promises a lot and you get it. thank you all.
