What an amazing 18th birthday this was. To start off when booking the customer service ladies were truly helpful. They accommodated all of our changes and made sure that we were happy. Joy who is the chauffeur in the van is an amazing lady. She was really sweet and nice and made us feel very comfortable. The unforgettable pilot Matt was super cool and very knowledgeable. Made us feel safe. The ride was something we won’t forget and the brunch after was beautiful. Thank you again for making this 18th birthday memorable.

This was the experience of a lifetime!! Our Captain, Matt was informative and professional. The views were breathtaking. If you are just thinking about taking a hot air balloon ride, do it. I highly recommend Hot Air Expeditions!
