The hot air balloon ride itself is very smooth and easy to enjoy. If I had a wish list, these 3 would be on it - #1 It would be so nice if the crew took photos of the folks in the balloon - the photos taken in the air don't really show that you're in a hot air balloon. They could take pictures of us taking off, up in the air, guest photos in the basket and landing. #2 The tight space between guests flying and the getting in and out of the basket are the only issues we saw, experienced. One less person on each side would've been awesome! WE didn't mind getting in and out, but others had a HARD time. #3 Pilot Sam, he was awesome! We just wished he would've spoke about the history of the balloon, let us know how high we are, what our plan was when were up there, more like an actual tour where you learn the history of the balloons and territory below us and in sight. We thought there would be more of letting us know what we can see in each direction, I only remember Lake Pleasant being mentioned. The Champaine breakfast was great, we could all talk about our experience and thoughts while being up in the balloon., All of the staff was super nice and friendly. The ride was smooth, and it was BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you so much, Vic & Val February 2025

Try to get Jonathan as your hot air balloon pilot. (He’s the one with punk rock hair!) he really made our trip even cooler because he can fly the balloon close to the ground and up and over the hills - you can see coyotes and other animals from the balloon! We also flew up high for a magnificent view of the surrounding area!

We arrived early as suggested 15 mins before time . Unfortunately so,e ppl late and delay .also the driver had to deal with other group ppl assignment. We departed 30 mins late and last min change of locations. Lift off at cave creek overlook desert and small hills. About 8 other balloons took off , some fly higher than others. Ours was only 2k feet kinda disappointed. And flew over 9 miles for an hour. View of sunrise is nice. We were hoping to see lake and mountains . Overall is fun . Will definitely do it again in other part of the states or countries.
