We took this tour as we had only a short time in the area and wanted to see as much as possible. From booking and paying on line to the end of our day everything was very smooth. Shana answered all our e mail questions quickly and efficiently and made making our booking from England so very simple. Dave the driver made sure we all had a good knowledge of the Black Hills by the time the tour was over and we made plenty of stops for sightseeing and comfort. All in all a great way to see the area if you are limited to time and both Shana and Dave were very helpful throughout.

We only had a few days in the Black Hills, so we wanted to make sure we saw all the sights. We chose this tour, as it included breakfast, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, the 1880's train, and a few other stops along the way. The tour was 9 hours long. The bus would take us to each place and tell us what time they would be back for pickup. We were allowed to keep our bags on the bus without the worry of them being stolen. The bus driver was great, and he gave us quite a bit of information about the area's history. In-between attractions, my kids (10 and 7) took short naps, as it was a long day. We had never done a tour bus before, but were were quite surprised at how well this trip turned out! The cost was $230 for two adults and two kids, which was less than other tours that I had researched.

Spent a very enjoyable day on this tour. We were fortunate that the weather was kind to us as it had been raining steadily the day before. Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and had an easy manner. Learnt a lot that we would have missed if we had tried to do this on our own. Can definitely recommend. A day well spent.

Thank you for posting your tour experience! With a new itinerary this year, it is great to hear that your stops at Mt. Rushmore with the Monumental Breakfast, the 1880 Train, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park with Iron Mountain Road were paced well and that you enjoyed Dan's narrative of the area. At least one good thing about the rain, everything is green and lush looking. A beautiful time to come to the Black Hills of South Dakota!
