Fun for the kiddos, will probably be their favorite thing in NYC (they are 5 and 9). Tolerable for adults. Would have been better if alcohol could be purchased whilst walking through. The girl serving the soft serve actually looked like she was so miserable I’m not even sure she didn’t quit this morning mid shift. The guy serving the rocky road and vegan options was everything! So awesome to my kiddos! Danced with us! He needs a raise, wish I had asked for his name. We went today 5/27/24 at 0930. Not super crowded but later times got much more crowded.

All the staff from beginning to end was very kind and our toddler had an amazing time. Highly recommend it. Worth the price

So much fun everything is so clean very colorful and so much fun for kids I love this place it’s awesome I world definitely recommend this for everyone from any age!!
