I want to say firstly, that I totally understand that things are unclear at the moment with the Corona virus. However, after booking this tour only yesterday, and receiving our e tickets by text, why oh why then, did we, at great expense, travel to Houston to go on the tour this morning, then hanging about, only to be told the Space Center closed its doors yesterday at 18.00! Why were we not informed prior making the trip to Houston if it was known from 18:00 yesterday? I had the feeling that the customers weren't told so that they would be there in person and book something else! Apart from being disappointed, I feel the company could have handled this better.
