Best experience on my first trip to N.O.! The guide was funny and knowledgeable and we had multiple gators come right up to the boat. Sailing through the bayou was peaceful and gorgeous. Just when the heat cooked up we raced forward and the breeze was exhilarating. Definitely coming back and doing it again.

We came as a family of 5 ranging in ages from 10-40 and every single one of us thought this was AMAZING. We are from Arizona and wanted a swamp tour and this was everything I wanted and more. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as gators and animals and we got to see several gators very close as well as a couple others. Our guide was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable. We went in the middle of June and it wasnt too hot and not a single mosquito got me! 10/10

My wife and I went on your swap tour on 6/24 Friday at 9:45. We were on boat #1. First, the swamp was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed seeing the crocodiles. Unfortunately, our tour guide was absolutely horrible. We can’t remember his name, but he had a handful of tattoos. One we can remember is a compass on his left ankle. Another was a tattoo of an eye on his bicep. The guide would ask if we have any questions and when someone had a question, his response would be a sarcastic short one word answer. This made us feel dumb and eventually everyone stopped asking questions. For example, someone asked how deep down the swamp is and he said “down…down”. Apparently, he had no idea because he asked the tour guide in training. He gave very little information when we did stop and we felt although he grew up near the swamp he was not educated about it. His preparation for the tour was lazy. The guide got offended when my wife giggled at the wrong time. Mind you, this whole trip he was sarcastic and making jokes. He thought she was laughing at him. His insecurities set in and the rest went down hill. One incident lead to another where he laughed out loud at her while pouting his finger mocking her (very childish. He then made a strange joke comparing her to a bug and saying that she was “annoying”. He called her “baby” several times which we thought was very unprofessional considering she was sitting next to her husband. Lastly, he said he had a surprise for us which was another similar sized airboat full throttled the back of his airboat directly at us and the exhaust, wind, and water sprayed us for a good minute. All the passengers had to breathe in a lot of engine exhaust from the other boat and it was obvious he did this on purpose. He laughed like he thought this was funny. We believe tips are for good service and therefore we did not give him one penny. Boating through the swamp was beautiful but it quickly became awkward and disappointing. We paid a lot of money for this airboat trip to be treated so rudely and disturbing. We did our best to brush it off but it definitely put a damper on our experience.
