Kristi was outstanding gave history and background on the people of new Orleans and the food. Food served was plentiful and tasty and a great sampling of the food culture. Thank you for the experience. It was wonderful! We visited the French market.for boudin, French market cafe for po’boy and alligator bites, creole kitchen for gumbo, jambalaya and upside down grilled oysters. Yummy! Then finished with pralines from culinary cooking.

I highly recommend this tour. It far exceeded my expectations with quality and quantity of food. Jack was an amazing guide with knowledge, energy, engagement and passion. I leaned so much on some history of the French quarter and on the signature New Orleans cuisine. 3 hours went by fast and I was stuffed!

This food tour was the real deal. Amazing. Jack was an incredible host. He was personable, passionate, knowledgeable and energetic. We saw so much of the French quarter, heard history and stories and had many delicious food samples. Bring your appetite because we had way more food than expected. I highly recommend and ask for Jack!
