My girlfriend and I went on this as we love true crime and this tour seemed like a great idea. We were very happy with how Michael handled the tour, the stories, and all the distractions. His knowledge of the history of New Orleans and all its strangeness was fantastic! He did a great job as a storyteller keeping us thrilled with the creepy details of the dark side of New Orleans. He was also funny and helpful with all sorts of details about the French Quarter. Take Michael as your guide and you will get a no-nonsense look at the Killers and Thrillers of the Big Easy.

Our tour guide was unintelligible 80% of the time. We left after the second stop because it wasn’t worth our time trying to understand what he was saying. Annunciation is important when you are talking fast in a loud environment. Very disappointed. Apparently some of the guides are great which is why we chose this tour (based on the reviews) If you decide to go with this tour make sure you don’t have Michael as your guide!!
