Tour was really cool you get to know really interesting places, with no lines and a really cool guide (Marc) who knows a lot about NYC. The van's transparent roof made even better the experience, getting to see all while you're moving toward your next stop.

This was a great tour for newbies. Marc (guide) and Levi (driver) did a great job. It’s a bit pricy but includes admission to Empire State Building, ferry to Liberty Island, entry to pedestal of Statue of Liberty. We cut long lines and Marc knew how to make our wait shorter. The Mercedes van was comfy and, with the transparent roof, we could enjoy the sights in air conditioned comfort (while charging phones with USB charge ports). Also lunch was delicious and half of what an equivalent lunch would cost.

I would not recommend this, though they mention Viator a trip adviser company, the tour is still operated by a private travelers. I chose this package because I am new to the city, and thought with parents and kids it’s difficult to catch bus/metro at each attraction, this was a big mistake, the metro and buses are the best option. I would recommend metro or hop off hop on bus, get down at the attraction take your time see the attraction, once done go to the next attraction. This will save lot of money it’s not worth spending $199 per person. City mapper is the best transport app that will help you to roam around the New York City. Today we started the tour with great expectations, first we saw Empire State Building which was good and next was little Italy for lunch at 10:30AM, just imagine you had breakfast and started the tour and now at10:30 AM it’s lunch time!!! It’s a waste of time and money, the food was not good. Around 12:15 PM started to Statue of Liberty, reached around 12:50 and we asked to return at 2:50. I missed the ferry to Manhattan due to huge lines, the Viator tour guide asked us to come to the next attraction in Uber. They don’t wait for you, they have no time when it comes to customers/ tourists but have lot of time for lunch. After that I catch metro and went back to hotel.
