The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

We were in line at the 911 memorial and the guy that sells tickets there asked us to wait because there was a family there that bought tickets from him so they had to board the bus first WTF. If there is a VIP system you should let passengers know…. First of all who buys tickets anymore? That’s why you use your phone. 2 who do these guys think they are to feel they have the authority to decide who board first? Whoever is in line first gets on the bus first….. the old first come first serve.
