The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

It was overcrowded, could not sit outside and see the views .... Had to walk a lot to redeem tickets for statue of liberty and Empire state building...

Frequency of buses were good. We enjoyed our visit to NYC. They provided us headphones to listen to commentary.

I had to write a review about our bus driver, Santana. She was amazing. She truly cared that each person saw everything they could and loved showing of the city. I’d love to hire her for a personal tour guide. She shared pictures and stories of celebrity sightings and pointed out where to take the best pics and what to buy where. So helpful. Made this experience for my niece and I so great. Thank you Santana!
