The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

MUST download the big bus app to get the satisfaction of the trip because it allows you to see the pick up/drop off stops & the attractions nearby as well as LIVE bus tracking to see when the next bus will arrive at your stop. The convenience of audio recording in common languages as well as headphones provided was great. The recording may not be as the same as your current location while riding the bus but that all depends on TRAFFIC. Don’t get mad if the recording is early/late compared to your current location. The bus drivers priority is our safety!! They can’t time their drive time and audio perfectly!! The audio quality was clear and informative with all the history of major landmarks in New York!! If you’re short on time, this is a must!! It’s a great combination pack ((big bus, Empire State Building, ferry to Statue of Liberty & Ellis island)) despite the drizzle while we were visiting during hurricane season , we had a good time & got to see everything we wanted.

Extremelty poor experience.... Not made clear prior that you need to collect physical tickets for the included Liberty Ferry and Empire State Building off one of the Bus tour guides on the street. Also that you need to pre-book a time. You would think in this day and age, one QR code on your phone would work for all facets of the experience. Once we did finally book a time for Empire State and get physical printed tickets (off the guy in the street who was very pleasent) one of them did not work at the ESB ticket desk! Luckily ESB lady was understanding and presumed it was a printer error and let us all in. Bus tour itself, audio wasn't working and no announcements from driver about which stop was for where.

The Views We’re great Getting to the very top of the Empire star building was not permitted they required a addition 38 bucks The Statue of Liberty was Awsome However the bus wait after 4 pm grew long it was so long we took a taxi and never completed tour
