Surprisingly much better than expected. Great air conditioning on a hot day downstairs. Lovely lady explaining everything in New York, with hints and tips. Perfect amount of time to see and photograph everthing from the water.

This tour delivered as advertised. Operation was very efficient and our tour guide Eric was animated and really good. This tour is an excellent way to see the sights and especially if time is limited. Next time we visit NY we hope to visit Liberty Island and Ellis Island and the museums, but for a quick “drive by” of the SOL plus other Hudson River amd Bay Area sights this was great. We booked ahead of time on line which saved time. Unpin arrival at the pier just head out toward the water and you will see a corral to line up in just next to the sunset cruise cafe. We also arrived a few minutes early which allows one to line up early and have a better choice of seating when boat loading starts. We sat on the upper deck toward the back which provided good views. Once under way the boat motion was not bad at all. As mentioned, the crew was very efficient. They did not load the vessel until ready to pull out which limits passenger time on a dock side boat that may be rocking. Crew also seemed to pay good attention to safety both dockside and under way. Overall a very good and quick experience.
