Our group of seven friends has taken an annual trip to NYC for 21 years. As the activity planner for our group it has become harder to find tours and activities that we have not previously experienced. After taking a Lower East Side tour with Urban Adventures last year we decided to try the Brooklyn Brownstone tour. We arrived from Midtown Manhattan via a direct subway ride and our meeting point at Stinky Brklyn was a 2 minute walk from the subway. Josh, our guide, was there to greet us and we began at Stinky with Not only a sampling of cheese but a complete history of the business and the owners. We continued to get the same vast amount of information at the nine stops and sampling’s along the tour as we walked through several neighborhoods and learned the history of those areas. Josh took the time to chat with everyone and answer all our questions. It was an international sampling experience as well as an opportunity to learn about another borough in New York City. The tour was excellent! The only suggestion I would make would be to offer a bottle of water to carry along even though two stops were for beverage tastings. It was a great day with a great tour guide.
