How to use: Your pass is available for immediate use. Your voucher contains a unique barcode for use on your mobile phone as your ticket. Attractions will scan the code and you’ll be in!
• This pass is valid for the amount of consecutive calendar days you've purchased and ends on midnight on the last calendar day

• If the pass is used to make a reservation online or over the phone your card will not be activated until you arrive on the date of the reservation. All reservations must be made for a day in which the pass is still valid

I purchased the 3day pass for attractions and bus tour. Prior to going to the states and something I had done when visiting in 2016. During this visit found out 9/11 museum is not included in pass and you only get one day use the bus, not the 3day as I expected when checking in The small.print it states this but not on main page. The empire state building pass didn't work. However the kind staff let us through. I tried to contact the firm by email 3days ago and have no reponse. Would have liked a refunded so we could purchase on the street Just to make you aware the bus company advises that the NYC sightseeing company have been bought out and advised by the bus company there is some restrictions on day pass not flex pass. So disappointed and would advise people to buy on the street for bus passes. Would like to know from the company why I have not been replied to as gives this an contact information.

Just spent 5 days in New York. We had the Flex pass and feel we got value for money. We used pass for: Empire State Building, Sightseeing Bus, One World Observatory, The Edge, Top of the Rock, Sunset Cruise, Rise, The Ride, Coney Island, Aquarium, Hip-Hop Tour and Sightseeing Tour. No problems booking anything and were allowed in even when turned up early. Disappointed App still says Bus is available every day of Flex pass when it is 1 day only. Tried using the airport transfer but gave up after several phone calls and not being given a pick up time. Also no longer able to use at 9/11 museum.

Finger weg von diesem Pass. Eintritt und Führungen werden auf der Homepage versprochen (z.B. 9/11 Museum, „How Money was Made : Wall Street Walking Tour“, Gray Line City Sightseeing Tour, „NYC Slavery & Underground Railroad Tour“, etc.), sind dann aber eben nicht buchbar. Ich habe Geld verloren, weil ich alle diese Eintritte/Touren separat bezahlen musste und meinen Pass nicht vollständig nutzen konnte. Und der Kundenservice ist super schlecht! Stay away from this Pass. Admission and guided tours are promised on the homepage (e.g. 9/11 Museum, "How Money was Made : Wall Street Walking Tour", Gray Line City Sightseeing Tour, "NYC Slavery & Underground Railroad Tour", etc.), but then they are are not bookable. I lost money because I had to pay for all these entrances/tours separately and couldn't use my Pass in full. And the customer service is super bad
