We were sold the ticket by sales person on the street, who advised the buses came every 15 minutes. We waited over 40 mins for first bus in a queue which was full on arrival. When the next one finally came the only seats available were downstairs which defeats purpose of an open top bus. When we eventually got up the stairs halfway through the tour the sound through the headset was terrible.

We had a good time, as we mainly wanted to understand the geography of the area as I will be studying in NYU. The tour guide, Allan France was knowledgable and active at all times, we had a nice time.
