Na Pali Coast State Wilderness Park
1. Breathtaking Sightseeing—With her 4,000’ cliffs, cascading waterfalls, emerald-green valleys and secluded beaches, the Napali Coast is an absolute must-do on any Kauai vacation. And while most tours stop there, this adventure continues on to Lehua Crater (a Hawaii State Wildlife Sanctuary) and the mysterious Ni’ihau Island.

Niihau - The Forbidden Island
2. Excellent Snorkeling and Wildlife Viewing— The snorkeling conditions around Lehua Crater and Niihau are some of the clearest and most prolific in all of Hawaii. Going offshore to Lehua and Niihau, we increase our chances of seeing more elusive ocean species such as pilot whales and rough-toothed dolphins in addition to the spinner dolphins, green sea turtles and humpback whales (seasonally, December-April) that frequent the waters of Kauai.

Satisfying Food and Beverage Service—The meals we serve are colorful, delicious, and prepared fresh every morning using whole ingredients. In the beverage department, you’ll be offered water, coffee, juices, soft drinks and a creative selection of craft beer, wine, and hard seltzers.

Polihale State Park
Get a Sense of the Cultural History—Kauai’s Napali Coast is uninhabited today but was once home to thousands of people and to this day, there’s a private colony of Hawaiian people living on Niihau! We’ll share the history, legends, and stories of these lands and their people, leaving you with a deeper understanding and appreciation for Kauai and Ni’ihau Islands.

The captain, Christian, and the deck hands, Eric and John, were outstanding! At the safety briefing we got briefed on the weather and new route, we were not going to be able to see Na Pali coast or reach the Ni’ihau (bummer!), everyone was given an option to change the tour, cancel at no fee, or go on as scheduled but with a slight discount to accommodate the changes. The tour had to be modified due to the high swells (30’ face walls!!!) The tour took us along the south shore, and east, we got to see a few whales. The crew did a great job of providing information about the scenery we were seeing and the island in general. The catering (breakfast & lunch) was provided by the local Rose & Bros group and was delicious! We stopped at Kipu Kai for a snorkel. It had enough reef, coral and colorful fish to see and swim for about an hour. On the way back the captain tried to find more whales for us to see and then we had a visit from the bottlenose dolphins! Overall, a great tour. Winter is a time when it would have to be modified or even cancelled due to the weather, but nonetheless, Holo Holo did an amazing job getting us out on the water, we highly recommend them and especially the crew we had. Mahalo!

It's wonderful to see your appreciation for the beauty of Kauaʻi! Sometimes, we need a fresh perspective to truly see the majesty of our surroundings. Mahalo 🌺 for sharing this moment of realization and for joining us out on the water! Mahalo and Aloha

We booked our Ni'ihau and Na Pali Coast Snorkel Boat Tour at the beginning of our trip but due to the high swells and strong winds we had to push our tour to the later day. The staff/customer service was great in accommodating our schedule. The captain, Christian, and the deck hands, Eric and John, were outstanding! Snorkeling and the great view of the Na Pali coast. The waves were choppy during the time we went but the crew did their best in taking us out.
