If I could give zero stars I would. We had the tour guide George and he was so rude and disrespectful. He didn’t even wait for the whole group to be present before giving instructions. While we were at the Cave of the Winds he told us we wouldn’t get wet and we were barely inside the mist and water was getting us wet. We asked where we could get a poncho and he got mad and said we shouldn’t be getting that close that we needed one and that it was too cold to be getting close. I wanted to get a little closer but was unable to do so because I would have gotten wet. His driving was terrible almost hit 2 different vehicles. While we stayed in line for the Maid of the Mist boat he wasn’t even nearby but another tour guide was and that is where I knew what to do when we went on the boat. I came here for my birthday and I was very disappointed in the tour. It is way overpriced. I only went with this tour because the one I wanted was done for the season. This was a waste of time and money. The picture is from Cave of the Winds and where I zoomed in to get this.

We are very sorry we did not exceed your expectations during such a special trip. Our tour is designed to take you around to all of scenic locations and to the iconic attractions. In general, our guides work extremely hard to ensure each guest has a unique and personal experience while learning all of the fun and historical facts along the way. It is true though, at each attraction you will get wet. The Cave of the Winds brings you out to the base of the Bridal Veil Falls where you climb a series of decks in order to get up to the world famous, Hurricane Deck. That is where you feel the force and spray of the actual water fall itself. It is regrettable that we were not able to provide you with a true Gray Line experience and invite you to contact our main office at 877-285-2113 in order to discuss your tour in greater detail.

I can only pick one part? Of course Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist are incredible, never-to-be-forgotten memories!!! But our whole day was wonderful because of Debbie’s fun, outgoing sharing of her knowledge. This was an incredible start to our terrific NorthEast Fall vacation! Thank you, Debbie!!!
