What a great day! Nancy was our guide and she did an amazing job. She is friendly, thorough, knowledgable and has a very good sense of humor. We enjoyed getting to know her background during the few moments of down time - a very interesting woman. The highlights for us were the Maid of the Mist boat ride and the Cave of the Winds. Both were fascinating and fun. Be prepared to get soaked at both stops! It was a long day for sure - about 7 hours from pick up to drop off (at our hotel lobby) but it really did go by quickly. We debated the day before whether to tour Niagara Falls on our own or sign up for a tour. My brother in law strongly recommended the tour route and we were very happy that we did so. We learned so much more and had much better access - in addition to the convenience. I would strongly recommend getting on the first tour of the day at 9:00. For example, at the Maid of the Mist, our group walked right onto the boat from the bus with no wait. By the time we were leaving, the lines were already very long. We observed the same thing at the Cave of the Winds. Nancy's organizational skills also kept the group on track, which as much appreciated.

The Maid of the Mist boat trip was spectacular! Really enjoyed Cave of the Winds experience. Paul was a terrific tour guide! He shared a lot of information and was very entertaining. Would highly recommend this tour.

We were part of Adam's family on our excursion. He did a great job and gave us lot's of information and a great trip. We saw more then we expected but loved the Skylon Tower and the up close boat ride to the falls.
