#1 I definitely recommend these folks. We did the private tour. It was about as comprehensive as you could wish for in a day tour of Niagara Falls. Dayna covered the history, geography, geology, sociology, and just about everything else. We were picked up from our hotel early morning, educated, enlightened and entertained for about eight hours and dropped off for our flight out of Buffalo Airport late afternoon. We visited every aspect of the falls from the top - the International Control Structure on the Canadian side and the Three Sisters Islands on the American side - to the bottom - the Niagara Whirlpool in the Niagara Gorge and the hydroelectric power plant. We hiked in the gorge, we climbed on the face of the falls, we rode the Maid of the Mist - we got wet!
I have to also give a shout out to the front office. When I called with some questions about capacity for luggage for my group of eight, the staff suggested that I might be better off with a private tour. I was referred to Dawn who from the get-go was helpful, enthusiastic and definitely infectious with her can-do attitude. She made it all seem easy, and definitely delivered. She even knew how to get two of our party onto the full tour even after we had left them behind on the U.S. side because of a documentation glitch.
Definitely use this company. I found them enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable, setting high expectations, performing to high standards and delivering a memorable Niagara experience.
