The Niagara Falls experience was awesome. The tour guide, Alicia, was lacking in professionalism and slept most of the trip. She’s undertrained and appears to treat her profession as a job rather than career. She appeared as aloof and inexperienced. The chartered bus (#239) was severely uncomfortable, very old, and you could feel every bump in the road….this bus should’ve been retired.
