Visiting from FL and decided to do the winter wonderland tour…absolutely loved it!!! Our tour guide was Nancy. She was great!! Will definitely recommend this experience 🙂

What an unexpected delight this trip ended up being. We thought we would not get the full experience of what Niagara Falls was because it was cold and certain areas were closed, but Nancy our tour guide made sure we got to see the Falls from so many angles and so many different distances, that we walked away feeling like we couldn’t have been any closer to them. But honestly…the stories, facts, and historical details she shared through out the tour are things you just wouldn’t know unless you had a tour guide like this. For sure we will be back and we will request Nancy because she was amazing all around. From the genuine knowledge of the area, the patience to answer any silly question we might have had, the way she worked her way around our pace and energy since we had an older person with us. She was engaging at every moment which not all tour guides will do. It was just perfection. I really recommend the Winter Tour! There was something so magical about seeing this 8th wonder in the world during the winter time. And if you get Nancy… we’ll then lucky you!
