Winter is an AMAZING time to take this tour. Niagara Falls is not just pretty in the spring and summer... but Winter, too! And if you get Nancy as your tourguide, you are in for a SPECIAL treat. Nancy was both the tour guide and driver of the brand new, ultra clean coach bus. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about all he sites. Nancy was also super friendly, outgoing, professional, courteous, and very approachable. Nancy was also very flexible on time. If some people needed to spend an extra few minutes taking pictures, Nancy was always accomodating. Even though we didn't get to go on the Maid of the Mist boat, this was a good thing. Even though it was 52 degrees out on the day we took the tour in March, the water was just too cold and there was ice everywhere. A boatride would not have been as much fun, as it would be in the summer when it is warmer. Plus.... we did not even miss the boat ride with all the other things to see. My wife, stepson (age 12), and I had a great time looking at the American Falls, the Canadian (Horseshoe Falls), and the whirlpool rapids. At the time we visited (March 2021), Canda's border was still Closed completely to visitors from America, so we couldn't go to Canada. Again, this was OK because there was actually quite a lot to do and see on the USA side. This tour, by Over The Falls Tours, was worth every penny. We were not disappointed in any bit of it.... well, we were disappointed in something... and that was the other people on the tour NOT giving a tip to Nancy our wonderful tourguide. I'm chalking that up to people not knowing that they SHOULD give a tip to the tourguide. So, if you take this WONDERFUL tour.... please tip your tourguide... and it's that is Nancy... give her even more!

Dayna was absolutely amazing and down to earth. The trip was exactly what it was supposed to be.....
