MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Absolutely incredible! A once in a lifetime experience that you can only do in Kona, so definitely make time! The manta rays come right up to you and are guaranteed to see. Our captain and crew were also great! Very knowledgeable and witty with great music choices on our way to and from the sight. The only thing to be wary of is sea sickness. The swells can get pretty big on the way out so be mindful if you are prone to motion sickness.

Incredible experience. Manta rays all around, literally inches from your mask. Simon and the crew were great. They gave detailed information and step by step instructions which eased our anxiety. Well worth the cost and time. A great memory for this family!

This wasn't remotely safe. The three young people running this tour had no lights available or any concern for people getting on the boat. I ended up with a concussion and pretty bad lacerations which are impacting my vacations

Our tours are always run safely and our entire crew is Coast Guard certified. Your captain was not a kid but a 10+ year veteran. Our lights on the boat are always on. When you missed the last stair coming down and fell our crew was extremely attentive and you stated at that time you were just fine and no one saw any lacerations. We hope the rest of your vacation is enjoyable.
