This experience will be like snorkeling but on steroids! If you like to snorkel this introduction to scuba diving is the perfect next step to explore the underwater world. You will learn the basics of diving from your knowledgeable instructors who will lead you on a guided tour of St. Andrew's State Park or a local fresh water spring if Gulf conditions are unfavorable. This is a great class for people comfortable in the water that want to explore a little deeper.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor

Booked with my 15 yr daughter (108 lbs) and 2 other family members. Josh and Aleese were fantastic. None of us had ever been scuba diving and a couple were quite nervous. Explanations were clear, in water tests were straight forward. Great diving day and the current was strong. Aleese really helped my daughter get through everything and made sure the experience was unforgettable for her. Both of the instructors pointed out marine life and explained what we were seeing. Highly recommend this group. Well worth the money

I was unsure about breathing on a tank underwater but Dive Master Aleese made my first experience diving an incredible one! She clearly explained the basics and made sure to stay right by my side though the whole dive. We saw some really cool marine life on the Jetties in the St. Andrews State Park Kiddie Pool. I had a blast and am ready for more diving in the future! Thank You Aleese for opening my eyes to a whole new underwater world!
