We chose Alaska Skies Aurora Tours and we recommend them highly. Private tours with two guides who love Alaska and convey its natural beauty and culture in a way that is easy to understand and enjoy and have the knowledge to satisfy our interests. Fred took us to the best viewing places for the lights and guided us to look in the right places. Jeremy was a pleasure to be with and found sights and wildlife that peaked our interest and provided the right amount of information about history and places of interest.

We had Lynley as our tour guide and she has wealth of knowledge about Alaska and the landscape! The tour was very well organized and we had enough time to explore and enjoy everything. Lastly, Lynley tried her utmost best to find that aurora but alas the cloud cover didn’t allow us to see it. Nonetheless, the trip was really great and exceeded my expectations!

My dad and I went to Fairbanks to see the Northern Lights and took this tour on Sept. 26, 2019. Our tour guide was Dave and he is a huge reason the tour was so great. Unfortunately, our group did not get to see the lights but I can tell you Dave tried his absolute BEST to try to get us to see them and literally drove us around to a few different spots till about 2:30 AM (until we all agreed as a group we were ready to hit our pillows). Ive never seen such dedication like that from a person giving customer service. He wanted it for us. Aside from Dave's easy going and friendly attitude, he is SO knowledgeable about anything you want to ask regarding the lights, Alaskan culture, nature, you name it. The Chena Hot springs was pretty cool as well as the Ice Museum. I would recommend this tour because it includes all three attractions at one price. I would recommend this tour and company to friends and would like to let the company know that Dave is a huge asset to the team and truly made our experience enjoyable and memorable. Thank you Dave!
