Round-trip transport from Fairbanks or North Pole hotels, entry to the ice museum and hot springs is included.

Note: the resort does not allow children under 18 in the outside rock pool. However, they may use the indoor pool under adult supervision.

  • We can only pick up from inside the city limits of Fairbanks or North Pole. For other locations, you will need to go to an agreed location (eg Walmart), please contact our office to discuss if you are staying outside the city limits.
  • Water is not supplied for this tour. We recommending bringing a refillable water bottle.

This was the worst excursion we went on. The told us we were going up the mountain and see the Northern Lights but when we got there it was not offered. We stayed in a ice house waiting on all the group because they only opening the door twice to get and to get out. The resturant was very expensive and the food was horrible.

This was a great way to spend the evening! Ryan was a wonderful guide, and we had a great time. The aurora was incredible!

We have a great time. Our guide, Greg, is such a great guy. He explain the history of the city and the spot and keep everyone entertained.
