Note: the resort does not allow children under 18 in the outside rock pool. However, they may use the indoor pool under adult supervision.

  • We can only pick up from inside the city limits of Fairbanks or North Pole. For other locations, you will need to go to an agreed location (eg Walmart), please contact our office to discuss if you are staying outside the city limits.
  • Water is not supplied for this tour. We recommending bringing a refillable water bottle.

My dad and I went to Fairbanks to see the Northern Lights and took this tour on Sept. 26, 2019. Our tour guide was Dave and he is a huge reason the tour was so great. Unfortunately, our group did not get to see the lights but I can tell you Dave tried his absolute BEST to try to get us to see them and literally drove us around to a few different spots till about 2:30 AM (until we all agreed as a group we were ready to hit our pillows). Ive never seen such dedication like that from a person giving customer service. He wanted it for us. Aside from Dave's easy going and friendly attitude, he is SO knowledgeable about anything you want to ask regarding the lights, Alaskan culture, nature, you name it. The Chena Hot springs was pretty cool as well as the Ice Museum. I would recommend this tour because it includes all three attractions at one price. I would recommend this tour and company to friends and would like to let the company know that Dave is a huge asset to the team and truly made our experience enjoyable and memorable. Thank you Dave!

We loved the tour, especially our guide Lynley, she is so awesome, she took us to the best places to see the auroras, we Saw them dancing and beutifil colors. Chena waters are just increíble!!!!! Must do this tour.

My boyfriend and I did this tour last night and had an awesome time! Our guide was Linley and she was very knowledgeable, kind and easy going. She have us plenty of photo opportunities and tips on things to do at the lodge. We were picked up in our hotel, then took the scenic drive out to Chena Hot Springs,it was about an hour and a half. When we arrived, we were given a tour of the place and then we went to the ice museum which was really cool and interesting. We opted to get the Apple martini in the ice glass and it was really delicious. Afterwards, we had dinner at the lodge which was tasty, then went into the Springs for a while. We met with our guide around 11:30 as instructed, by then the northern lights started to appear, so she took us to a isolated location and we got quite the spectacular light show. After the lights dimmed down a bit she took us to a few other spots and made every effort so that we could get great views. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to visit Fairbanks, it was a wonderful experience.
