Note: the resort does not allow children under 18 in the outside rock pool. However, they may use the indoor pool under adult supervision.

  • We can only pick up from inside the city limits of Fairbanks or North Pole. For other locations, you will need to go to an agreed location (eg Walmart), please contact our office to discuss if you are staying outside the city limits.
  • Water is not supplied for this tour. We recommending bringing a refillable water bottle.

Went to Chena Hot Springs, ice Museum, and Northern Lights. I knew there was no guarantee that I would see the Northern Lights, but we did see them. A big check on my bucket list. The hot springs was good but you must do the outside one. I didn’t like the bright lights in my eyes though. I was not impressed with the ice museum, but I did have the martini in the ice glass which was interesting. The driver however was not very talkative. We had hoped to have gotten information about the area we were going to. He gave us some of his political views while we waited to see the Northern Lights.

Great tour with Alaska Wildlife. Ken our tour guide balanced a solid knowledge of Alaska with an insiders view on the challenges of living in such an amazing place. Even without Mother Nature cooperating on the Northern Lights portion of the tour it still was a highlight of my visit to Fairbanks.

well organised tour and guide was very helpful in giving us order ofthings to do. . pick up from hotel was on time drive out was beautiful in autumn colours. the resort is a "crazy" place and such fun Ice museum well worth the visit and such good appletinis , really on the rocks.!! Hot springs are super. Restaurant good Just when we were despairing, the northern lights came out for an hour around midnight a perfect trip
