Ordered 7 bikes for the family. Reception staff were unfriendly when we arrived. We were rushed out the door with 2 of the bikes being too big and staff did not care. Would not recommend these guys for bike hire.

Their ad is misleading. Their shop is in fact 2+ blocks from NYC Central Park. Be prepared to walk your rental bike down the sidewalk jammed with pedestrians and cross traffic in Manhattan. There are other bike rental operators located in Central Park, so I advise that you skip this option.
