Ok, so this was a last-minute dash as I had booked the restaurant but didn't realise you had to also book for the observatory tower too. Anyhow, all sorted in just enough time. Positives: The views are phenomenal. Going at 6.30 pm meant no crowds at all. Dining with these views is amazing. Staff members were ever so friendly, especially in the restaurant where our server was amazing to my girls. Negatives: The food was not what I consider a la carte, nice but standard. The steak was quite fatty.

A superb 'must do' attraction. All of the staff that we encountered were great, even when the attraction closed due to high winds on our original booked date. When we re-used our tickets the next day, it was well worth it. Be aware of the upselling of a computer/tablet that points out the names of certain buildings. We met a very friendly staff member who explained it and told us it would be $10, but upon getting to the till, it was suddenly $15!!! Honest mistake or scam, I really don't know!
