Excellent and Worth the money! If you can, ask for, Brooklyn’s very own, Vinny as a tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the city, the architecture, the layout of the streets, the food, etc. and presents it all in a very fun and funny (but not inappropriate) way. Vinny’s driver/partner, Miguel, was awesome to. Very safe and didn’t drive in a way that made us motion sick. The bus was nice too. It had a see through roof that allowed for some great views and photos.

Hi. Terrible experience with this company, here is the details. We been travelling 3 weeks all around the USA and this was, only the time, when me and my wife met such a bad offer. On the exact day, we came to the location few minutes before tour start (like 8:55) and driver offered us, to take a sits, right on the back of driver seat, but the thing is that those seats, are absolutely not "Open Roof", seats, and that was an issue for us, cause we been looking "open roof" tour from the beginning, other ways we won't buy this tour at all. So after we denied his offer to take those seats, we asked them for the another bus or refund, but they said that they can't provide refund, cause it's too late and also, they can't provide another tour, cause no more available places. My wife and I were so disappointed, so we start walking thought 7th avenue and just few steps after, we find "Open Bus" tour, so we bought day tickets "Open Bus" and at 9:13 we already been driving "open roof" bus, as we been planning and ticket cost like 59,99$, that is like twice cheaper then "USA Guided Tours NY" offering their tours. On the end, it was really stressful morning for me and my wife, it was the saddest moment of the whole US trip, and it was 250$ lost, since "USA Guided Tours NY"! (on the photo, I'm sitting with the new tickets at "open bus" tour, that I bought 15 minutes, after "USA Guided Tours NY" set us up. I'm not recommended "USA Guided Tours NY" service!
