Excellent tour with masses of historical information - pieces of which we had never heard before. Karen, our guide, was so knowledgeable and brought the era to life.

Wow. What a thoroughly enjoyable time. Karen is remarkably knowledgeable, and an engaging story teller. She brought history to life as we stood in places that were once much different than they are today. If you are trying to decide on a walking tour, you won't be disappointed if you choose Karen's Revolutionary War Era tour. When I remember this trip, this tour and the Broadway plays will be at the top of the list.

We really enjoyed this tour. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and well spoken. Lots of great and interesting information about New York and its part in the Revolutionary War. The only downside for me was there was a lot of standing in one place which is difficult for me back problems. I highly recommend this tour for US history buffs.
