Sergae was great, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He allowed us time to visit not just the memorial but the submarine, museum and the book store.

I am so disappointed that we paid $313 for 2 adults to go on this tour. This tour is a COMPLETE RIPOFF. Please DO NOT BUY THIS TOUR. You can actually buy a ticket for $1 to enter this memorial. We had a tour guide who just made fun of Australian’s instead of telling us anything about the Pearl Harbor memorial. We had just an hour and a half to visit the Arizona and the rest of the memorial. We just did not have enough time. Please do not book this. You will waste your money. I feel sick that we paid what we did for this tour. We will never book with VIATOR again. They have denied our refund with no real explanation why they will not refund us for a tour worth $50 for 2 adults.

For the price per person but over rated really . Only 5 mins at the ship pritty disappointing. U can really see much due to water but still can see the oil coming out .
