Pre booked trip in UK to be picked up at hotel at 9.30am at 9.40am had a phone call to advise they had an issue and as my hotel was on route for the tour I would be picked up at 10.15am this was the 1st issue as when the bus arrived me & my partner were split up as no seats together. There wasn't enough time at Rodeo Drive stop too much time at the farmers market were not advised that we wouldn't be going to the Hollywood sign which is one of the reasons I picked this tour we only saw the sign from the Hollywood walk of fame and it was a faint dot on the horizon. I had a $5 voucher to use in the farmers market as a good will which was some acknowledgement of their failings but was very disappointed in the tour also the homes we visited most were Americans who i had never heard of. All in all I wouldn't recommend this trip.

This tour takes you to all the places you need to see on your trip to LA our tour guide was so much fun and interacted with everyone its was great you had plenty of time on the stops to see everything and they pick you up from your hotel and drop you off where ever you want I would highly recommend this tour it was a great day!!!

We were coaxed into doing this tour whilst walking the beach/streets of SM when we really hadn’t given a tour a thought. The guy who spoke to us was friendly, polite and not pushy at all. He made a good sell and offered us a fair deal (we assume) and figured we’d see all the “touristy” things we planed to see in one go, so why not. The tour guide was great. Extremely personable, very knowledgeable about LA and celebrities, what cars they drive, movies etc... and was very accommodating to any/all tour guests requests and questions. He made the tour feel very personal and relaxed - which was great. The only thing I can criticise, and I don’t do this harshly as I don’t know what other tour companies offer, but you don’t really get too close to the Hollywood sign which is a shame. It’s sold that you’ll see it when booking, and in their defence you do see it, but from a fair distance away... it’s a shame, because had we spent more time travelling to the sign, rather than say for instance, the farmers market (which was great, just not on the top of my personal list of sights to see) it would have been a perfect tour in my opinion. Other than that, it was a nice day. Again, the tour guide was great. I would recommend it, but if you want to get closer to the Hollywood sign, maybe research and see who gets closest... I’ve rated this tour “very good” only because I felt “average” was too harsh.
