Booked the 5.5hr tour with Garrett! I was nicknamed Boston and solo passenger! He was very engaging with the passengers. Very funny and genuine. He was knowledgeable about the area and was attentive to the needs of the passengers and what they were curious to see. He knew I was in love with Marilyn Monroe and drove by one of her houses and surprised me when he parked so I could take photos...I cried! He also helped me figure out how to find her grave after the tour. My dream cane true! Thanks Garett 🙏🏼 The tour itself was awesome! Bring an extra jacket but they do provide blankets and bottled waters! The views were amazing and he gave us extra time at the Hollywood sign! Celebrity homes was fun but never really interested me (in general, no reflection on tour) but was entertaining to see the homes (and be envious). We did see one celebrity while driving, Xhibit from pimp my ride (MTV) - he was driving next to us!! If you really want to find a star on the walk of fame, download the app and it will help! We had lunch at the farmers market. I do wish we had more time there since it was overwhelming to walk around, visit the shops and visit each food stand (too many options to pick from). The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. It was my first time in Cali and they were informative on safe places for me to visit, must sees in Santa Monica and most of all, they were patient with all my “touristy questions”. I’m so happy I booked the tour and was a highlight of my trip! Well done guys 🙌🏼 Single ladies...the guys at the surf shop are beautiful and charming...added bonus! We had a great tour with Roger. we were informed and entertained from 10am till 4pm; great work Roger!! Tour was worth every penny as we saw soo much. Stops were great. I 100% recommend this tour, it's a fantastic way to spend the day
