The driver could not have cared less. No sign, didn’t help us bring the luggage to the car or stack it in the trunk. He did help us take it out at the end. I guess I’m spoiled by other drivers who are talkative and helpful and hold a sign for us so we know who our driver is. My friends and I were on 3 different flights all arriving by 5:00pm. I put the latest arriving flight info & time but the driver called me early asking where we were and I told him we were still waiting for the last 2 of the group. He said he didn’t know there were 2 flights and said we had to book another car for the other 2. Not sure how that made sense? They came 15 min after us. After talking with his boss he said it was ok since it was his last trip of the day. Anyway we still tipped the driver. Just wasn’t the best experience and will book another company next time.

No one pick us up!! Called the the number and gave the reservation number and they couldn’t find it. Finally sent a driver was supposed to be a sprinter showed up in a suburban that wasn’t big the girls had sit with luggage in there laps.

Our driver was there waiting for us when we arrived and met us at baggage claim. Quick , quiet ride to our hotel.
