There was some mixed up on the pick up. When we arrived at the airport, I got a text message from the driver that he was waiting at my hotel to pick me up to the airport- what a mistake! When I called him, he said he would check but the line was cut off. Subsequently when i contacted the office, they said they would send a vehicle right away, which turns out to be more than 30 minutes late, and the driver did not even apologize.

It was a problem to meet the transfer. The obligation to call the operator 48 hours before was a PROBLEM because we were travelling from place to place and sometimes with no time to call. It was really bad to contact and wait for the driver and the same happened in Chicago Transfer. I would recomend you not to waste your time with transfers like that in the USA. Take a taxi that is the same price and you dont have to wait. In EUROPE the drivers wairt for you with youname,. I USA you have to run to get what you pay.
