We were recommended to use the service after hearing how hard it was to get to and from the New York airport by taxi-the driver picked us up quite late – almost an hour after our plane landed. When we got in the car, he wasn’t wearing a mask and was talking on a cell phone the entire time. We asked him if he would be comfortable putting on a mask, and he sighed and put it on just under his mouth ( or actually covering his mouth or nose in any form). When we arrived in Manhattan, he pulled up about 30 feet away from the hotel and popped his trunk. Never actually getting off of his phone call. For such an expensive car ride, it was quite disheartening. When we left New York and went back to the airport, we used a rideshare, which was a fraction of the price and a very pleasant experience. I wouldn’t this service.

Driver took too long as it had been told to me the company was tracking the flight. When I called to say I had arrived and where to go, it was almost an hour before our driver showed. When I called he was nonchalant in the urgency to get there and even asked of I wanted to cancel.

This company was by far the worst private transfer company I have ever used....and I have used a lot of companies. Several things went wrong from the time of pickup (which the driver was not there and arrived over 15 minutes late), to the driver (Kamel) who apparently forgot COVID was still real (he didn't have on a mask), drove erratically, lived in his car, and overcharges his customers. He charged more than the quoted price and he also charged me twice (once on my card - he said the machine didn't work) and in cash. Traveler Beware of this company, especially the above-stated driver (Kamel). I have reached out to this company on more than 7 occasions and I am always told someone will get back to me...that has yet to occur. I would have loved to rectify the situation via other means but due to the lack of communication, this was my only option. I do not want any visitors to New York City visitors to experience the same situations I did. You deserve to enjoy yourself from start to finish and this was not the way to begin my trip. AGAIN, TRAVELERS BEWARE of this company.
