When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan or SUV

After I confirmed that we had landed and arrived in NYC, they said my driver would call shortly. Several minutes later my driver called and said there was a lot of traffic and were not coming to get me. This was a prearranged and prepaid booking. I had to go find my own ride. Will never use this service or recommend to others.

Waited at the pick up location for over 30 minutes in the cold for our driver. Will use another company next time.

Arriving in NYC (LaGuardia) expecting a car to be there waiting or soon after, much to our disappointment they never showed. I was talking with him and he was constantly in “traffic” at the airport. But 35-45 minutes later we requested an Uber who made it to us (in same traffic) in less than 5 minutes! HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
