I used Viator to book a car service because I travel solo and feel more comfortable booking with a vetted service, especially when I have to travel after dark. I also like a bit of comfort when traveling and Viator in the past has connected me with great luxury car services. Imagine my surprise when Carmel "Limo" sent a beat up old red sedan with cloth seats that reeked of sweet air freshener. Yes I know I sound like a Karen, but to charge that much and advertise a luxury car...not cool. Any company with that kind of car in their "luxury" fleet should not advertise as such. On the plus side, the car was clean, the driver was communicative before picking me up, arrived early, was really personable, drove safely, and I got to DEN on time.
